Whether you need a good top to bottom spruce anytime during the year or, for a special occasion then shining example can customise a package to suit your requirements. There will be a minimum of 2 hours for this type of booking
It is important that at the end of tenancy, the property is left in a good state ready for the next occupants. Whether you are a landlord or the tenant, we can provide a thorough clean including: inside of windows & doors, any electrical appliances (that are part of the tenancy) *please note that there will be additional charges for oven and carpet cleaning. The condition of the property will also determine if additional hourly fees will be incurred*
Top to bottom clean with a maximum of 2 bedrooms
Top to bottom clean with a maximum of 1 bedroom
Top to bottom clean with a maximum of 3 bedrooms
Top to bottom clean with a maximum of 4 bedrooms will require a £30 non refundable booking fee
This will be an all day booking therefore we will require a £50 non refundable booking fee
